  • Carefully raise the chin and lift the chest up while inhaling

  • Do 10 repetitions

2. BOAT POSE (NOUKASANA)

The pose is beneficial for problems with ejaculation. The process is:
  • Inhale slowly and simultaneously raise the legs, head, and abdomen to 45-degree angle
  • Hold the breath and lift shoulders and back
  • Using both hands, hold the toes and continue breathing (hold legs at the ankles if unable to reach the toes)
  • Return to the original position

3. ASHWINI MUDRA

  • Close your eyes and sit in padmasana (lotus position)
  • Inhale and bend your head to fix the chin in the jugular notch (chin lock position) holding your breath

4. PLOW POSTURE (HALASANA)

  • Lie on the back with arms beside you and palms pressed to the floor
  • While inhaling, use the abdominal muscles to lift the feet off the ground raising the legs vertically at a 90-degree angle
  • Continue to breathe normally
  • Support the hips and back with hands and lift them off the ground
  • Allow your legs to sweep in an 180-degree angle over your head until toes touch the ground
  • Hold this position for 5 seconds and slowly return to the starting position
  • Do 5 reps
